Big Outlet will only use your credit card details in order to process your order. Your credit card details are not stored for future purchases. In order to protect clients, a credit card ID number is requested. The card ID is a 3 or 4 digit security code that is printed on the back of your credit card (AMEX - front right hand side of the credit card). Shipping Policy and Costs
To ensure that our products reach you at optimal conditions, each carton (10 packs of 20 cigarettes each) is wrapped with a custom made hard cardboard box, and sealed in a specially designed plastic shrink cover. Each package is shipped to you separately in order to comply with international postal regulations and standards, e.g. if you ordered 5 cartons, your order will be shipped to you on the same day, but may not arrive simultaneously. You may receive each carton on a different day. Some cartons may arrive at the same day.
The average delivery time is between 10- 21 business days to countries worldwide.
On rare occasions, e.g. holiday seasons rush, some orders may experience a slight delay.

Order Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your order, you may do so just as long as it is done within 24 hours of placing the order. Once it is in transit or shipped the process can’t be stopped. In order to cancel the order please contact our customer service department at service@big-outlet.com. You will be asked to provide your order number, your name and shipment address.

Return Policy
*Cancelled/Custom Returned Orders:
Any orders that have been canceled or returned from customs that have already been shipped, will be charged the costs of shipping and handling. ( $12 per an item ). A credit will be issued to your login account once your parcel reaches our warehouse (this may take up to 180 days depending on your location.)

U.K., Irish, French and Canadian Customers
Big Outlet.com will not be held responsible for lost / stolen and / or seized orders by U.K., Irish and French Customs. big-outlet.com will attempt to accommodate its customers to the best of its ability by providing a refund / Merchandise credit and points that grant discount on future orders when deemed necessary.
